PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-myostatin antibody, a polypeptide containing a mutant Fc region, and a method of using them. The present disclosure provides an anti-myostatin antibody and a method for producing and using the same. A nucleic acid encoding the anti-myostatin antibody and a host cell containing the nucleic acid are also provided. The present disclosure also provides a polypeptide containing a mutant Fc region and a method for producing and using the same.
