To provide a sheet for total heat exchange element which improves a water vapor permeation velocity while maintaining a high separation rate of water vapor and a gas excluding water vapor, a total heat exchange element, a total heat exchanger, and a water vapor separator.SOLUTION: A sheet for total heat exchange element comprises a porous member, and a film which contains inorganic fibers provided on one face of the porous member. A part of inorganic fibers contained in the film exists in an aperture of the porous member at a depth of 0.15 μm or more and 50 μm or less from an interface with the porous member. Further, When a diffraction peak intensity, in which 2θ appears at 49.5° to 50°, is represented by I, and a diffraction peak intensity, in which 2θ appears at 60° to 60.5°, is represented by Iin an X-ray diffraction pattern of a fibrous pseudo-boehmite which is obtained by radiating X-ray toward the porous member from the film toward, a ratio of Ito I(I/I) is 0.9 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
