To achieve a more exact acquisition of an address of a destination from a text included in an image of a manuscript and collectively acquire a plurality of addresses.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus 10 is configured so that a control section 31 recognizes a text included in an image of a manuscript read by an image reading section 11, detects a prescribed word phrase from the text, extracts a text part with a fixed length continuous to the front or rear of the prescribed word phrase, calculates a matching number in which a keyword belonging to a keyword group matches a character string included in the extracted text part for each keyword group stored in a storage section 28, reads an address mapped with the keyword group with the calculated largest matching number from the storage section 28 and prepares an electronic mail with the read address as a destination address.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
