PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgotten item prevention tray for preventing misplacement and an installation structure thereof. SOLUTION: The forgotten item prevention tray of the present invention is provided with a fixing plate fixed above the lock provided on the door or the sleeve panel and a mounting table on which small items are placed. The mount is connected to the fixing plate so that it can rotate in the direction toward the fixing plate and the direction away from the fixing plate. The mount is designed so that it can rotate between the use position that covers the upper side, upper side, and front side of the lock and the standing position that does not cover the upper side, upper side, and front side of the lock.
