To provide a paper-made packaging container and a carton blank which enable easy extraction of a filled product during use.SOLUTION: A paper-made packaging container or a carton blank includes: a top panel; a bottom panel; a front panel; a back panel; a left panel; a right panel; and an opening device located on the top panel. The front panel is connected to the top panel along an upper front edge part, the left panel is connected to the top panel along a left upper end part, the upper front edge part extends between the left panel and the right panel and has a center point, and the left upper end part extends between the front panel and the back panel and has a center point. The opening device has a center point, and the center point has a deviation distance to a first line which is perpendicular to the upper front edge part and so extends as to pass the center point thereof. An area of the top panel is larger than an area of the bottom panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
