PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deposit scraping device which does not damage a seal member of a swivel device and damage an inner ring or an outer ring even when one mounting bolt is dropped off. SOLUTION: The sediment scraping member 12 for scraping the deposits deposited on the lower traveling body 2 and the swivel device 3 and the bolt through holes 15 and 16 for penetrating a plurality of bolts, respectively, are provided on one surface 14c.
