To dynamically present whether or not a semiconductor device satisfies required functional security.SOLUTION: A functional security determination system 1 includes: an input interface 10 which acquires an input signal based on a function of a semiconductor device; a determination device 11 which determines whether or not the function satisfies a functional security requirement; and an output interface 12 which outputs a determination result being a result of the determination. The determination device 11 sets a request signal for the function on the basis of the functional security requirement for the semiconductor device and functional specifications of the semiconductor device and collates the request signal and the input signal with each other to determine whether or not the function satisfies the functional security requirement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
