PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of an automatic sample detection technique in spectroscopic measurement of a microspectroscopy. SOLUTION: A light source 12 for irradiating a sample 20 with excitation light, a condensing lens 16 for irradiating the excitation light at a predetermined position of the sample 20 and condensing the reflected light from the sample 20, and the condensed light. The spectroscopic light apparatus 10 includes a spectroscope 24 for detecting a spectroscope 24 and an analysis control means 30 for analyzing a signal from the spectroscope 24, and performs spectroscopic measurement using an observed image of a sample 20. The analysis control means 30 includes an image storage unit 32 that converts an observation image into an omnifocal image and stores it, and a control unit 34 that measures and operates the microspectroscopy device 10.
