To provide new methods for increasing the yield of recombinant proteins in host cells which are simple and efficient and are suitable for use in industrial methods.SOLUTION: Disclosed herein is a method of increasing the yield of a protein of interest using a host cell engineered to overexpress a polynucleotide encoding a helper protein having a specific amino acid sequence.
