To favorably analyze motion contrast data.SOLUTION: The OCT motion contrast data analysis apparatus for analyzing motion contrast data of a subject acquired by an optical coherence tomograph includes the steps of: setting up a first analysis area divided into a plurality of sections on OCT data of the fundus oculi of the subject's eye, the image data different from the OCT motion contrast data and acquiring a basic statistic relating to the layer thickness of the fundus oculi of a subject's eye in the multiple preset sections; and setting up a second analysis area divided into a plurality of sections on the motion contrast data of the fundus oculi of the subject's eye and performing analysis processing of the motion contrast data. The arrangement positions and ranges of the respective sections of the second analysis area are same as the arrangement positions and ranges of the respective sections in the first analysis area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
