PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cool feeling cloth and a cloth product which can feel cooler. SOLUTION: In a cool feeling cloth 10, a front cloth 11 and a back cloth 12 are bonded to each other via an adhesive layer 13, and the back cloth 12 has at least one of an infrared reflector and a heat conductivity improving material.
