PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually control a stirring operation in filling pipes arranged side by side in multiple rows. SOLUTION: In a rotating shaft inserted into each of a plurality of filling pipes provided on the bottom surface of a hopper, a plurality of screws push out a material in the hopper. A plurality of stirring members are provided for each of the plurality of screws to stir the material. The stirring motor supplies a driving force for the stirring operation to the plurality of stirring members. The plurality of transmission control units are provided for each of the plurality of stirring members, and individually control the transmission of the driving force supplied from the stirring motor.
