PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability by suppressing wear of a damper penetrating pipe without restraining relative heat transfer between the damper penetrating pipe and a damper device. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a through hole 25 through which a damper through pipe 26 penetrates in a non-opening / closing region 21 of a damper device 17. A metal bellows 27 is inserted through the damper through pipe 26, and both ends of the metal bellows 27 are fixed to the flange portion 28 of the damper through pipe 26 and the non-opening / closing region 21, respectively. The inner diameter of one of the tubular portion 29 on the pipe side of the damper through tube 26 side and the tubular portion 30 on the damper side on the non-opening / closing region 21 side is larger than the outer diameter of the other tubular portion, and a bellows is attached. In the state, the other tubular portion is arranged between the outer peripheral surface of the metal bellows 27 and the inner peripheral surface of the one tubular portion. In the bellows mounted state, the pipe-side tubular portion 29 does not interfere with the non-opening / closing region 21 and the damper-side tubular portion 30, and the damper-side tubular portion 30 does not interfere with the flange portion 28 and the pipe-side tubular portion 29.
