PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a New Year's card management device, a New Year's card management method and a program which enable a user to easily perform detailed management regarding the exchange of New Year's cards. SOLUTION: A New Year's card management device 1 stores an address book information 11 including an address, a name, and a yearly transmission / reception record for each destination, and a transmission / reception item information 12 including a plurality of items related to New Year's card transmission / reception. A unit 10 and a transmission / reception input unit 30 that receives input of an item of transmission / reception item information and stores it in a transmission / reception record are provided for each destination.
