PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a New Year's card management device, a New Year's card management method and a program which enable a user to easily perform detailed management in exchanging New Year's cards. SOLUTION: A New Year's card management device 1 stores an address book information including an address, a name, and a yearly transmission / reception record for each destination, and a transmission / reception item information including a plurality of items related to the New Year's card transmission / reception. The control unit includes a transmission / reception input unit 21 that receives input of an item of transmission / reception item information and stores it in the transmission / reception record for each destination.
