PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To technically realize support for human behavior change and habituation in various fields. SOLUTION: A system analyzes behavior data measured for the behavior of a plurality of subjects, and based on the analysis result, an index as a reference of a plurality of stages toward the behavior as a habituation goal step by step. For each pair of adjacent stages, the system identifies the gap between the two stages that make up the pair.
