PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which Cas protein and guide RNA is introduced into a plant protoplast, and producibility of a genome-edited plant body regenerated from plant protoplast is increased.;SOLUTION: A method for increasing the producibility of a genome-edited plant body produced from a plant protoplast includes: (i) a step of, by directly introducing Cas protein-guide RNA ribonucleoprotein (RNP) in which Cas protein and guide RNA are previously assembled into a separated plant protoplast without using a vector, editing a genome of the plant protoplast; and (ii) a step of regenerating the plant protoplast to manufacture a genome-edited plant body.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
