PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce stress due to such a situation that it takes time to display the first screen of an application.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus 1 includes: a load data acquisition unit 172 which detects the current load situation of the image formation apparatus 1; an initial start-up time prediction unit 173 which predicts the time T3 required for acquiring situation data 63 expressing specific elements constituting a screen displayed at first by an application 47 on the basis of the detected situation; a situation data acquisition unit 174 which acquires the situation data 63 when the time T3 is less than the prescribed time; a situation data storage unit 175 which stores the acquired situation data 63; and a web server system 105 which executes the application 47 by using the acquired situation data 63 when the time T3 is less than the prescribed time, and executes the application by using the situation data 63 acquired previously and stored in the situation data storage unit 175 when the time T3 exceeds the prescribed time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
