摘要
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing attachment of a radioactive nuclide to a carbon steel member in a nuclear power plant, which enables the effect to prevent attachment to last for a long period of time.SOLUTION: In a method for preventing attachment of a radioactive nuclide to a carbon steel member in a nuclear power plant, first film formation liquid containing nickel formate and hydrazine is injected (S4 and S5) through circulation piping of a film formulation device and introduced into carbon steel piping in a purification system after a reducing decontamination process in a BWR plant so as to form a nickel metal film on an inner periphery of the piping. Next, second film formation liquid prepared by injecting iron formate and hydrogen peroxide is introduced (S6 and S7) into the carbon steel piping in the purification system so as to form a NiFeOfilm on a surface of the nickel metal film. Then, solution containing platinum ions and hydrazine is prepared and introduced (S10 and S11) into the carbon steel piping in a purification system so as to enable platinum to deposit on the surface of the NiFeOfilm. Last, furnace water with a temperature not less than 200°C is introduced into the carbon steel piping in the purification system by starting up the BWR plant so as to convert the nickel metal film into a stable NiFeOfilm which is insoluble even with an action of platinum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
