PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water granulation-producing facility and a method for preventing water granulation from being precipitated in a cooling tower of the same, which prevent the precipitation itself of the water granulation contained in circulation water, not only in a specified position inside the cooling tower 8 of the water granulation-producing facility but inside the overall cooling tower 8.;SOLUTION: A water granulation-producing facility has a cooling tower 8 for cooling circulation water and produces water granulation by spraying a slag with water.
