TILT MEASUREMENT DEVICE AND TILT MEASUREMENT METHOD USING MEMS ACCELEROMETER

To provide a tilt measurement device which has an accelerometer using MEMS technology and enables simple and extremely highly accurate measurement.SOLUTION: A tilt measurement device (1) comprises a MEMS accelerometer (2), rotation means for rotating the MEMS accelerometer (2), control means connected to the rotation means for controlling a rotation angle of the MEMS accelerometer (2), and a tilt measurement device case (9) which accommodates the MEMS accelerometer, the rotating means, and the control means and has fixing means (10) for fixing the tilt measurement device (1) to an object to be measured. After a first tilt angle measurement by the MEMS accelerometer (2), the MEMS accelerometer (2) is rotated by 180 degrees by the rotation means to perform a second tilt angle measurement. An actual tilt angle of the object to be measured is obtained from both measurement results.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
