To provide an on-vehicle tank for high-pressure hydrogen storage which improves productivity and improves repeated fatigue resistance by remarkably improving stability under a toe prepreg storage and usage environment in the high-pressure hydrogen tank which is manufactured by a filament winding method via a toe prepreg, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a high-pressure hydrogen tank in which a tape-like prepreg is wound and cured on an outer surface of the high-pressure hydrogen tank. In the high-pressure hydrogen tank, a thermally curable resin composition (A) and a carbon fiber bundle (B) constituting the prepreg satisfy following requirements that (A) the thermally curable resin composition is a composition containing (A-1) a liquid-state bisphenol type epoxy resin of which the viscosity at 25°C is 4,000 to 8,000 mPa s, (A-2) dicyandiamide, (A-3) an imidazole-based accelerator and (A-4) a granular core shell type rubber, the solid components (A-2) and (A-3) are diffused in the composition and an aggregate of 25 μm or more is not contained and (B) the carbon fiber bundle is constituted of 10,000 to 50,000 carbon fibers of which an average diameter of the carbon fibers is 5 to 8 μm.
