To provide an insect proof and mold proof processing method of bamboo capable of preventing insect damage of raw material of bamboo itself, applying the processing so as not to be subject of occurrence of mold or insect damage due to termites in particular, preserving a bamboo processed product applied with such bamboo processing, for example a bamboo product such as a bamboo particle board for a long period without damaging durability due to insect damage, giving occasion to spread bamboo as raw material replacing wood into the whole world in future and enhancing the technology improvement of bamboo to the world standard technology.SOLUTION: Bamboo is applied with an aerobic fermentation by fermentation germ flora to be alkaline having equal to or greater than 8.0, preferably equal to or greater than 8.5 of pH. In addition, by the fermentation germ flora including at least ferment derivative from bamboo, spore bearing bacteria, actinomyces and enteric bacteria, the bamboo in a deposition state is applied with the aerobic fermentation.SELECTED DRAWING: None
