To provide a catalyst-containing polyvinyl resin fine particle and a catalyst-containing polyvinyl resin fine particle composition which can achieve both of curability and pot life, and show excellent thermal responsiveness, and methods of producing them.SOLUTION: There is provided a fine particle composed of a polyvinyl resin containing a catalyst, preferably, the polyvinyl resin being a polyvinyl resin obtained from a (meth) acryl monomer, also preferably, the contained catalyst being Lewis acid, the polyvinyl resin fine particle being a polyvinyl resin fine particle composition dispersed in a dispersion solvent, preferably, the dispersion solvent being water.SELECTED DRAWING: None
