To improve usability.SOLUTION: A rent management device according to the present application comprises an acquisition unit and a specification unit. The acquisition unit acquires event information on an event which has occurred in a predetermined area. The specification unit specifies a rent place of a mobile body, which is a rent object, on the basis of the event information acquired by the acquisition unit. The rent management device according to the present application comprises a determination unit. On the basis of the event information acquired by the acquisition unit, the determination unit determines a rent condition under which the mobile body is rented at the rent place specified by the specification unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
