PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition capable of forming a liquid-repellent layer having excellent liquid-repellent properties in which the contents are hard to adhere and easily slip off. SOLUTION: The solid content of a resin composition for forming a liquid-repellent layer contains (A) a polyolefin resin and (B) a silicone-acrylic copolymer, and (B) the content of the silicone-acrylic copolymer.
