To provide an emotion management system, an emotion management method and a program for allowing more detailed identification of an emotion.SOLUTION: An emotion management system 1 comprises: an emotion acquisition part; a situation acquisition part: and an association part. The emotion acquisition part acquires emotion information I1 regarding an emotion of an object person U1. The situation acquisition part acquires situation information I2 of a surrounding situation of the object person U1 when the emotion information I1 is acquired.
