To provide a business result predicting method and a business result predicting apparatus which can improve accuracy in prediction of business results of a company.SOLUTION: A business result predicting apparatus according to the present invention has a business result information acquiring unit for acquiring business result information indicating past business results of a company, an usage information acquiring unit for acquiring usage information of a mobile terminal used by a worker of the company, a prediction model generating unit for generating a prediction model for use in prediction of a future business result of the company based on the usage information by using the business result information as an object variable and the usage information as an explanatory variable, and a predicting unit for predicting the future business result of the company based on the usage information by using the prediction model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
