To provide a learner with a program code containing an error as an error correction problem.SOLUTION: An error correction problem presentation device 10 includes: an editing history information acquisition part 11; an editing history information analysis part 13; and a problem distribution part 16. The editing history information acquisition part 11 acquires the editing history information from a learning device 20. The editing history information analysis part 13 analyzes the acquired editing history information.
