PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function recovery training management system capable of safely training a function recovery trainer without being accompanied by a guardian, responding to a sudden situation, and evaluating a function recovery state. SOLUTION: A management device for supporting functional recovery training, a wireless tag possessed by each trainee and transmitting unique tag ID information, and a terminal that monitors the tag ID information distributed in each training route and received from the wireless tag. A monitoring terminal that is transmitted to the management device together with the ID information, a trainee database that is registered by associating the guardian terminal with the trainee ID information and the tag ID information, and the training route ID information and each distributed to each training route. It is equipped with a training route database registered in association with the watching terminal ID and location information, and the management device trains progress status information by adding training date and time information to the tag ID information and trainee ID information received from the watching terminal.
