DYNAMIC CONTENT DISTRIBUTION IN ENTERPRISE NETWORK

To provide a system for facilitating dynamic content distribution in an enterprise environment.SOLUTION: A content distribution system determines topographical information of an enterprise environment. The system determines a set of logical groups based on the topographical information. Each logical group includes one or more devices managed by a controller, and a network that provides connections among the one or more devices. The system also generates a distribution plan for a piece of content via a first distribution tree. Each node of the first distribution tree corresponds to a logical group of the set of logical groups. A logical group hosting the piece of content corresponds to a root node of the first distribution tree. The system then sends a notification message comprising the distribution plan to each logical group of the set of logical groups.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
