PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to ensure safety of an operator and a general person located near a work site.;SOLUTION: A remote witness system includes an on-site unit 10, a server 30 and a work management center 40, where the on-site unit has an omnidirectional camera 11, multiple microphones 12 and a portable terminal 14 connected to the internet 20 to transmit image data photographed by the omnidirectional camera 11 and voice data recorded with the microphones 12, the server is connected to the internet 20 and receives the image data and the voice data transmitted by the portable terminal 14 and stores them, and the work management center is connected to the internet 20 and comprises an output device 42 to output the image and voice on the work site based on the stored image data and voice data in the server 30.
