PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program image production device capable of producing a program image by automatically performing camera work and switching. A program video production device 1 has learned a posture estimation means 13 that estimates a player's three-dimensional posture information from a frame image, a ball information detection means 15 that detects a ball speed and a position as ball information, and a trained one. The index estimation means 14 that estimates the index corresponding to the 3D posture information using the motion model, and the camera work information and the switching information corresponding to the 3D posture information, the ball information, and the index are estimated using the trained camera model.
