To provide gene specific siRNAs related to respiratory diseases, especially to idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and to provide highly efficient double-helical oligo RNA structures containing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a high efficiency double helix oligo RNA structure, which has a structure in a form joined with a hydrophilic substance and a hydrophobic substance to both ends of a double helix RNA (siRNA) using a simple covalent bond or a linker-mediated covalent bond, in order to be efficiently transmitted into cells, and which can be converted in a nanoparticle form by hydrophobic interaction of double-helix oligo RNA structures in aqueous solution, the siRNA contained in the double helix oligo RNA structure being a respiratory disease, in particular idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and COPD-related genes CTGF, Cyr61 or Plekho1 specific siRNA.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
