To provide a matrix electrical viscous valve that can present a two-dimensional shape to a user by feeding back the real tactile feeling in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The method includes a first sheet 10 having a plurality of row electrodes 11; a second sheet 20 having a plurality of column electrodes 21 and a plurality of through holes 22 intersecting the plurality of row electrodes 11; and an electrical viscous fluid 50 filled in a plurality of flow path 70 composed of a space between the first sheet 10 and the second sheet 20, a plurality of each flow path 70 is communicated to each of the plurality of through-holes 22, the electrical viscous fluid 50 pressurized or depressurized flows in each of the plurality of flow paths 70, and the flow in a plurality of penetration holes of the electrical viscous fluid 50 in each of the hole 22 is controlled in each of the intersection of a plurality of row electrodes 11 and a plurality of column electrodes 21 depending on the voltage applied between the row electrode 11 and the column electrode 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
