PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local feature quantity extraction device which can efficiently select an optimum feature point for identifying an object in an input image and stably extract a local feature quantity of the selected feature point.;SOLUTION: The local feature quantity extraction device of this invention includes: feature point detection means comprising a feature point detection unit for detecting a plurality of feature points from an input image and a feature point information calculation unit for calculating feature point information of the feature points; feature point processing means comprising a feature point determination unit for determining a feature point for which a local feature quantity is to be calculated, on the basis of the feature point information; and local feature quantity extraction means for calculating a local feature quantity on the basis of the feature point determined by the feature point determination unit.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
