PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilanguage voice guidance device and a multilanguage voice guidance method capable of improving the user friendliness of facilities.;SOLUTION: A multilanguage voice guidance device 1 includes: a storing unit 2 that stores a language selected for a voice guidance in utilization of facilities; a determining unit 3 that determines whether or not the facilities are successively utilized by a user who uses the same language as the last language selected for the last voice guidance stored in the storing unit 2; and a voice guidance unit 4 that continues the voice guidance by the last language stored in the storing unit 2 when the facilities are successively utilized.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
