To provide a body temperature regulator capable of putting a human to sleep in a short time.SOLUTION: A body temperature regulator 10 for regulating a body temperature of a human body BD includes a heater 30 for heating in the mounted state on the human body BD, and a heater control unit 51 for regulating a heating value of the heater 30.
