The present disclosure relates to pharmaceutical combinations comprising (a) histone deacetylase 6 inhibitor and (b) Aurora kinase inhibitor, including combination preparations and pharmaceutical compositions, and the use of such combinations in the treatment or prevention of cancer. And a method for treating or preventing cancer in a subject, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of such a combination.
