To provide a curing agent for two-pack type adhesive which has extremely less unintentional substance eluted into a content through a film after laminate when being used as a two-pack type adhesive, and is less likely to cause white turbidness as time elapses, and a two-pack type adhesive.SOLUTION: There are provided: a curing agent for two-pack type adhesive which contains a reaction product (B-1) of polyester polyol and an isocyanate compound containing at least toluene diisocyanate, and a reaction product (B-2) with 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate; a two-pack type adhesive which contains an isocyanate component B containing an isocyanate compound as the curing agent, and a polyol component A containing a polyol compound; and a laminate film and a package using the adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: None
