To provide a constituent member health condition management system and a method and program therefor which acquire health condition information of belonging constituent members and utilize an external health service provider to contribute to, with respect to the constituent members, management of the health conditions, improvement in life quality, disease prevention, symptom management, preventing increase of disease severity, and improvement in group effort.SOLUTION: The constituent member health condition management system comprises: an information storage unit in which health condition information of constituent members is stored; an information transmission unit which transmits the health condition information to a plurality of health service providers; a primary analysis data acquisition unit which acquires primary analysis data resulting of analysis in the health service providers, from the health service providers; an evaluation criterion generation unit which generates an evaluation criterion on the basis of the primary analysis data; a secondary analysis data generation unit which generates secondary analysis data relating to one constituent member on the basis of health condition information associated with the primary analysis data used for generation of the evaluation criterion and at least one piece of the health condition information of the one constituent member about a same item; and a notification unit which notifies the one constituent member of the secondary analysis data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
