To provide a refrigerant leakage determination device that eliminates the need for a special operation of a freezing device to determine whether there is refrigerant leakage, the freezing device with the refrigerant leakage determination device, and a refrigerant leakage determination method.SOLUTION: A refrigerant leakage determination device 60 of a freezing device has: a calculation part 66 which calculates a degree of deviation from a normal state of a refrigerant circuit based upon data associated with an operation of the freezing device; and a determination part 67 which determines whether there is refrigerant leakage or predicts a refrigerant leakage occurrence period based upon a calculation result of the calculation part 66. The calculation part 66 calculates the degree of deviation from the normal state of the refrigerant circuit based upon a first index value calculated from data associated with an operation of the freezing device in a first period, and a second index value calculated from data associated with an operation of the freezing device in a second period among data associated with operations of the freezing device. The determination part 67 determines whether there is refrigerant leakage or predict the refrigerant leakage occurrence period based upon the degree of deviation from the normal state of the refrigerant circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
