PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Western tableware made of metal having a profound vintage feeling. SOLUTION: A first barrel polishing treatment step of barrel polishing a base material surface of a metal Western tableware to form dents and uneven marks generated by an abrasive on the base material surface, and the first barrel polishing treatment. An oxidation treatment step in which the surface is oxidized by black dyeing, and a second barrel polishing step in which the oxidation-treated surface is barrel-polished again to form dents and uneven marks are adopted. It is also preferable that after the second barrel polishing treatment, the inner surface of the recessed portion of the metal Western tableware is sandblasted to form a glossy satin-finished metal base.
