To provide a stockholder preferential treatment system and a stockholder preferential treatment method having a high degree of freedom in a relationship among the number of possessed stocks, the number of holding years and preferential treatment contents.SOLUTION: A stockholder preferential treatment system includes: matrix storage means for storing a matrix in which the number of possessed stocks and a holding period for ranking stockholders of a participant company are presented as two axes and a point to be granted to stockholders is specified for each rank; and point granting means for ranking the stockholders of the participant company on the basis of the matrix and granting a point to the stockholders according to a rank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
