PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stockholder preferential service proxy system and a stockholder preferential service proxy method, providing preferential service to a stockholder in substitution of an enterprise, capable of reducing a burden of the enterprise on the stockholder preferential service without disclosing stockholder information, and capable of providing flexibility of selection of the service to the stockholder.;SOLUTION: This stockholder preferential service proxy system providing the stockholder preferential service by a prepaid preferential security to the stockholder in substitution of the enterprise providing the stockholder preferential service to the stockholder has: a stockholder preferentiality management part registering a preferential security number for identifying the preferential security correspondingly to stockholder information related to the stockholder; and a balance information management part registering a balance correspondingly to the registered preferential security number in the stockholder preferentiality management part, and removing a use money amount from the balance of the preferential security according to use of the preferential security.
