To provide treatment of methylmalonic aciduria, isovaleric aciduria, and other organic acidurias with tocotrienol quinones.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to methods of treating methylmalonic aciduria and other organic acidurias with tocotrienol quinones, including α-tocotrienol quinone, in order to alleviate symptoms of the disease. For example, a method of treating methylmalonic aciduria, isovaleric aciduria or another organic aciduria in an individual comprises administering a therapeutically effective amount of a compound selected from the group consisting of tocotrienol quinones and tocotrienol hydroquinones to an individual suffering from methylmalonic aciduria, isovaleric aciduria, or another organic aciduria.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
