To provide a defective product occurrence cause determination system which allows even an inexperienced person in charge of management of manufacturing processes to find a cause process of occurrence of a defective product and to determine a specific cause factor during the cause process in product manufacturing where a plurality of manufacturing process factors are involved.SOLUTION: Provided is a defective product occurrence cause determination system including: (a) a number storage part 1 which identifies a plurality of manufacturing process factors and gives manufacturing process factor numbers Y and stores them; (b) a manufacturing route specification part 2 which specifies a manufacturing route Rfor each product; (c) a manufacture route storage part 3 which stores the manufacturing route Rspecified for each product; (d) a quality information storage part 4 which stores a quality parameter value Q(R) for the product; a calculation part 5 which calculates points V(Y) of the manufacturing process factors; and a cause determination part 6 which determines the manufacturing process factor to which the manufacturing process factor number Y having a low point is given as a cause of occurrence of a defective product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
