To overcome instantaneous generation of accidental troubles of a maintenance management operator even after ventilation or detachment of a corrosion part in a sewerage pipe during conduction of regeneration construction by novel lining construction in the sewerage pipe by generation of hydrogen sulfide due to sulfur reduction bacteria for conducting sewerage maintenance, which is consequent phenomenon generated by activation of bacteria remaining in the sewerage pipe.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment of the present invention, irreversible neutralization of hydrogen sulfide is conducted, environment in a sewerage pipe is improved by sterilization of various bacteria such as sulfur reduction bacteria and sulfur oxidation bacteria, and hydrogen sulfide concentration is an extremely low value during conducting novel lining construction in the sewerage pipe. Short time conduction of the irreversible neutralization of hydrogen sulfide provides a short time reaction of strong oxidation effects similar to concrete corrosion by sulfur oxidation bacteria in the sewerage pipe in long time. Recovery of alkalinity of a concrete surface by oxidation is needed to be conducted by spraying an alkali solution with pH of 12 or more after completion of hydrogen sulfide removal operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
