To provide a vertical take-off and landing system being extremely safe without depending on a conventionalverticalflying method (that is, normal flying technique of blowing down the descending wind from an airframe itself).SOLUTION: A conventional vertical flight measure of blowing the wind down from an existing flight airframe has very large difficulty such as for generating buoyancy (thrust force) being more than an airframe weight and gravity. Then, not from the airframe itself, a huge blower (around 1-2 blowers) for generating the rising wind is previously fixed and installed (mainly along the vertical direction) on the ground or in the underground. Further, this dedicated machine with special sails capable of being expanded is separately placed on the upper surface (through wire mesh in the point), particularly, in the frame of left and right both wings (variable wings).
