PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclic tertiary amine-containing carrier in which desorption of cyclic tertiary amine from the carrier is suppressed. A cyclic tertiary amine-containing carrier obtained by treating a silicon-containing diamine represented by the formula (1), a silane coupling agent composed of the silicon-containing diamine, and a carrier with the silane coupling agent.
